Directors' and Officers' Liability cover for directors of flat management companies is available at the following premiums:

up to 25	£100,000	£187
up to 50	£100,000	£224
up to 75	£100,000	£287
up to 100	£100,000	£340

Premiums include Insurance Premium Tax and a £25 policy fee.

Cover is subject to the satisfactory completion of a proposal form and a copy of your latest accounts (must not be more than 15 months old)
