Let Property Insurance Cover

Unoccupancy Condition

The Insured MUST advice the Company whenever:

(a) The premises of a building or portion of a building becomes vacant or unfurnished or is left without regular daily occupation for a continuous period of 30 days or more.

(b) A vacant premises or building or portion of a building is again tenanted and an additional premium must be paid if required.

If this condition is not complied with the policy will not cover the premises or building concerned unless the Company has agreed in writing that the cover will remain operative.
