This policy is designed specifically for owners of let properties. The policy provides comprehensive buildings and/or contents cover.

Arranging buildings insurance on tenanted properties can be time consuming. Not many Insurance Companies are prepared to offer cover, and those that do often charge inflated premiums

We try to keep things simple and can cover most types of tenant including those claiming benefit.

We cannot however cover students, bedsits, or multi-tenanted properties, e.g 3 individuals sharing a 3 bedroom house.
